PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
STAFFING OPERATIONS
Our mission is to provide our clients with temporary staff that fit their overall event goals. We do this every day, by building a trusted relationships with our staff and clients.
Our temporary workers’ safety and well-being is very important to us, as is the safety and well-being of your employees and attendees. Therefore, we have advised our employees about how to take care of themselves, protect others, and monitor the latest developments.
Per the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we have informed our employees that they should:
We also have encouraged our employees to keep up-to-date on developments by visiting the About Coronavirus Disease 2019 and CDC’s Frequently Asked Questions and Answers web pages.
We trust that you are advising your employees similarly and that you will apply the same safety policies and procedures to Qualified Staffing workers that you apply to your own employees.
In addition to the prevention measures above, we have also implemented a COVID-19 Risk Disclosure as part of our standard screening process. This document is used to identify candidates who have traveled to or been in close contact with anyone that has traveled to any of the high-risk regions identified by the CDC. We will also ask that they disclose if they have been in close contact with anyone that has tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 14 days.
Please note that we stand ready to assist you in navigating this public health challenge and furthering the well-being of all employees.
Should you wish to discuss this issue or have any questions, please let us know. We are open to further discussions regarding adjustments to leave and attendance policies as we learn more about the status of this virus in our communities.
We've fielded many questions and concerns from both our clients and employees concerning Coronavirus. As a company, we are doing our part to help control the spread of the virus by following guidelines provided by the CDC and OSHA.
One tool we have found to be helpful is OSHA's Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for Covid-19, and we thought it might be of help to you as well.
