Yes. ACTS may support select events outside the Atlanta market through local recruitment, traveling teams, or staffing partners. Travel-related expenses will be included in the proposal when applicable.
Same-day and urgent staffing may be available. Availability is not guaranteed and may be subject to rapid-response fees.
Personnel may complete ACTS Academy and event-specific preparation based on their positions and client requirements.
Yes. Team leads, shift supervisors, staffing coordinators, and Event Success Managers may be included in the staffing plan.
Yes. Language needs should be identified as early as possible. Availability varies by language, location, dates, and required proficiency.
Yes. ACTS can provide qualified event personnel for stadium, arena, sporting, entertainment, and large public events, subject to venue requirements and applicable licensing or security restrictions.
ACTS should not treat individuals as unpaid volunteers simply because they are associated with a nonprofit. Individuals performing work for ACTS or its commercial clients should be properly onboarded and compensated unless a legally reviewed arrangement clearly permits otherwise.
ACTS may recruit and pay qualified workers referred by approved community organizations. A nonprofit may separately receive a documented referral payment, contribution, sponsorship, or fundraising payment under an approved written agreement.
Rates depend on position, market, event dates, shift length, technology, urgency, and other project requirements.
ACTS uses communication and replacement procedures to respond to callouts. Replacement availability depends on notice, location, position, and event requirements.
